Refund policy

Please contact Gemini Tooling if you wish to return an item, as some items may be non-returnable due to supplier policies. Certain suppliers do not accept returns for items ordered incorrectly.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it for you.

Refunds
